I've followed all configuration steps, but Notate for Good still won't connect to Exchange.

If you've already followed the configuration outlined by the administrator's guide here:

and you still find that Notate is not able to connect successfully to Exchange, there are a few other things to look for:

1) Make sure that FIPS is turned off under Policy Sets , as it can preventing NTLM authentication.
2) If you aren't using Kerberos, make sure Kerberos settings are turned of on your servers and in Good Control, as this also prevents NTLM authentication.
